The Elder Abuse Response and Referral Service (EARRS) intake and outreach service is funded in part by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program.

NROCRC has received funding from the Ministry of Long Term Care to provide intake, assessment, referral and case management support to francophone seniors impacted by abuse. The funding has enabled NROCRC and partners to work directly with the francophone community to effectively provide direct service and plan for a sustainable approach that will provide both prevention and intervention strategies.
