How Can You Become Involved in the Work of NROCRC?
The Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Community Resource Centre (NROCRC) is a non-profit social services organization. We work closely with the residents of our three communities, other service providers, the three levels of our government, and our corporate and community funders. The services we provide are essential to our communities and there are many ways you can become involved.
Become a Member of the Board of Directors of NROCRC
We are currently looking to increase our Board of Directors with dynamic individuals who represent the diverse communities of Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode. Board of Directors are 18 years of age or older and support the mission, goals and values of NROCRC. To express your interest or for more information on becoming a Board Member, contact Sandy Wooley, Executive Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As a member of NROCRC you can help support and guide the direction of the agency. Membership enables you to actively participate in the NROCRC Annual General Meeting, including voting annually to elect our Board of Directors and standing for election for the NROCRC Board of Directors. Members are 18 years of age or older and support the mission, goals and values of NROCRC. Board members are people who live and/or work in the communities of Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode. To express your interest or for more information on becoming a Member of NROCRC, contact Sandy Wooley, Executive Director at email@example.com.
Give Us Your Feedback
We are always interested in hearing from members of our community. If you have ideas about how we can better serve you, please let us know. Call us at 613.596.5626 and ask to speak to a manager or staff member of our agency. You can also help us better understand our community's needs by following the link in the News & Events section of this website and filling out the survey for residents.
Become a Volunteer
NROCRC has seasonal volunteer opportunities for youth, student placements and adults who reside in Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode. We are committed to providing a quality experience for all volunteers that choose to join the agency. All volunteers must provide the agency with a completed application form and VULNERABLE SECTOR police check prior to commencing volunteering.
