The Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Community Resource Centre (NROCRC) is a charitable organization that provides place-based services designed to strengthen wellbeing, build connections, and help people navigate life's challenges before they become crises. Place-based services are accessible, connected, and responsive to the unique needs of the communities we serve.
For more than 40 years, we have helped individuals and families access the support they need close to home. Through counselling, community programs, system navigation, and community development initiatives, we help people build stability, foster belonging, and improve their overall quality of life.
NROCRC serves more than 200,000 residents across Ottawa's largest and most geographically diverse Community Resource Centre catchment area. From growing suburban neighbourhoods to rural villages, we are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to support, connection, and opportunities to thrive.
