Resilience and Resistance: Coping and Connecting in a Time of Political Chaos

Join us for a community gathering of care and coping! Considering ongoing political, social, economic, and environmental stresses, the past several years has left many of us in our community with heightened anxiety and uncertainty about the future.
This gathering will be an opportunity to:
Discuss and learn ways to address the mental health aspect of challenging times.
Participate in small group brainstorming on what community members feel they can do to enhance individual and collective quality of life.
Take part in actions of expression and resistance.
Make plans for future organizing and support.
