Helpline for people who can't leave home

Unsafe at Home Ottawa has launched a new text+chat line to help people who can’t leave home, especially difficult for women living with domestic violence or abuse.

Connect with trained counsellors using secure technology. 

 

The bilingual service is available from 8:30 am to midnight, 7 days/week.
