Join NROCRC for a free, fun social walking group for seniors and adults. It’s a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy great conversation, and meet wonderful neighbours in your community.
Starting Tuesday, October 6, 2026, we will gather every Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Minto Recreation Complex (3500 Cambrian Rd, Barrhaven).
